& Gallery Nostalgia Show

The & Gallery Nostalgia show partnered with Goodwill to create a vintage fashion installation, featuring vintage fashion collections and reworked pieces. & Gallery selected 10 different designers to showcase some of their vintage or reworked designs. The goal of the show was to curate a unique shopping experience that creates a sense of nostalgia. As individuals walked through & Gallery, there are five themed sections in which the designs were inspired by. The sections included 90's bedroom, 60's living room, concert venue bathroom, anime, and no pandemic vacation. In the show, I worked under a design collective called Suede Collective to help design different pieces that were inspired by Japanese anime and a concert venue bathroom. Each of these pieces were entirely reworked from recycled clothing thus giving each piece of clothing a second life. I also helped to curate the event and make the vision come to life.
